Watergate Cake

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix (instant)
3 eggs
1 cup oil (salad or vegetable)
1 cup club soda
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Blend together, then beat for 4 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inc hpan. Cook for 35-40 minutes (toothpick test).
For Topping:
1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 1/4 cup milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding

Instructions

For Cake:

Blend together, then beat for 4 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inc hpan. Cook for 35-40 minutes (toothpick test). Allow to cool completely.

For Topping:

Beat milk and pudding until mixed (thick). Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate for about an hour. Spread evenly on cooled cake.
